- Collect subscriptions where at least 10 must be full, associate or honorary members of SPPSM.
- Prepare a succinct proposal for framing and justifying the Section and presenting objectives for its first three-year period.
- Submit, by email, this request and proposal to the Board of SPPSM.
- This proposal will be considered and approved at the General Assembly.
